Beautiful Pacific Ocean vistas featuring incredible sunsets. Located just above Playa Prieta (walking distance) and within earshot of the surf.
The property features a total of 6 bedrooms and two lofts with 4 full baths and 2 half baths. Two full gourmet kitchens with gas cooktops. Fully fenced with a gated entrance. Close to Playa Potrero, Las Catalinas and Playa Flamingo (with the just completed world class Flamingo marina)
Mature gardens with Mango and Lime trees. Large terrace areas both covered and uncovered for sun or shade.
On site gardener/security and once per week maid service.

The property is very private yet close to the beach. The vanishing edge pool and terrace create an amazing foreground to the pacific ocean sunsets from this property.
